Cleaning the Grill and Wicking Net
After each use of the portable grill, promptly clean the grease and food residue from the grill rack and pan. First, use a brush to remove large residues, then wash with warm water and a neutral detergent, wiping dry with a damp cloth if necessary. For stainless steel or enamel pans, avoid using steel wool or strong acid/alkali cleaners to prevent scratching the surface or damaging the anti-corrosion coating.

Inspecting the Stand and Connecting Components
Regularly check the grill's stand, screws, hinges, and folding mechanism for looseness or damage. Repair or replace any bent, cracked, or rusted stands promptly to ensure safe use. For metal parts, apply a suitable amount of rust-preventative oil or a light lubricant to maintain smooth folding and extend their lifespan.

Dry Storage and Protection
After cleaning, thoroughly dry the portable grill before storing it in a dry, well-ventilated storage bag or case to prevent moisture from causing rust or material aging. When storing, avoid piling heavy objects on top and do not expose to sunlight for extended periods to prevent metal deformation or fading of the baking pan surface, thus ensuring it remains safe and durable for the next use.
